Dear colleagues,
Are you ready for a sporting challenge a day filled with energy, fun, and teamwork? Then be sure to mark Thursday, 28 May 2026 prominently in your calendar, because it is time for our TU/e sportsday!
After last year’s record of 100 participating teams, we are aiming even higher this year. There is room for 108 teams, so gather your sporty colleagues and form a team to represent your department, faculty, or service unit.
What to expect
• Start time: The event begins at 12:00 and concludes at 17:30.
• BBQ: After the activities, a delicious dinner will be served at the TU/e tennis pavilion. You will also have the opportunity to freshen up before dinner.
• Goal: Compete for the coveted Sports and Games Challenge Trophy — who wouldn’t want to win it?

You can register until 20 April by emailing the attached registration form to Marian van den Broek (m.a.a.v.d.broek@tue.nl).
Please note: capacity is limited, and registration will close once full.
Each team consists of 13 participants plus one coach. Participation is free of charge, and employees do not need to take leave hours to join.
